The drop point blade is made from D2 steel, an economic steel often used in tool making due to its high wear-resistance and hardness. The handle is crafted from lightweight but tough G-10 fiberglass laminate, with all the durability of the original Shamsher at a fraction of the price. The blade is also California-legal, coming in at just under two inches in length.
